WE are a Veterinary Clinic.

What is the difference between a Veterinary Clinic and a Veterinary Hospital?

Vet clinics are what would be considered the most common kind of pet care facility. Vet clinics focus on preventative medicine and wellness checks for your pets and are able to perform minor surgical procedures. Vet clinics are often smaller than animal hospitals simply because the scope of services they provide is more limited.  There will be times what we may refer you and your animal(s) to an animal hospital or even a specialist to get the level of care they need.

An animal hospital is usually a larger facility because it offers more services including boarding. Animal hospitals will keep pets overnight if necessary and are equipped to perform more complicated surgical procedures. Often, these facilities have in-house diagnostic equipment including x-rays, laboratories, and ultrasounds. Animal hospitals may also have more veterinarians and other certified staff to care for emergency and overnight patients.

We partner directly with Logan's Run Rescue a 501c3 charity and small animal rescue and our Missions are the same.  AND we LOVE to help other Rescues & Humane Societies.
